医学类期刊编辑部微机辅助管理系统系用汉化FOXBASE＋经二次开发完成。它除能完成编辑部日常的稿件信息处理工作外，还能完成主题词编制索引、期稿酬计算等操作。该系统具有以下3个特点：（1）设计思路采用面向稿件的设计思想，使用直观、随意，功能较强；（2）内容上舍弃了审稿信息管理部分，功能更趋实用；（3）系统中可自建主题词库；（4）界面设计上采用流行风格，易学易用。 The computer-aided management system of the medical periodical editorial department was completed with the secondary development of Chinese FOXBASE+. In addition to completing the daily manuscript information processing work of the editorial department, it can also complete the operations such as the indexing of thematic terms, and the calculation of period contributions. The system has the following three characteristics: (1) The design idea adopts the manuscript-oriented design concept, which is intuitive, free, and powerful; (2) The content of the manuscript review management is abandoned, and the function is more practical; (3) The system can build its own thesaurus; (4) The interface design adopts popular style, easy to learn and use.
