道德规范的无条件性和个人动机的有条件性构成了学校道德教育中的一对矛盾。在道德规范和个人动机的互动过程中,影响学生遵守道德规范的主要因素是:道德规范和个人动机之间的利益交换问题;学生的品德问题;道德规范自身的问题等。提高个人遵守道德规范的动机是解决道德教育中这一矛盾问题的重要方式,主要措施有:合理制订道德规范;加强学生的品德教育;提高教师的道德水平。
The unconditional morality and the conditional nature of individual motives constitute a contradiction in the moral education in schools. In the process of interaction between ethics and personal motivation, the main factors that affect students’ compliance with ethics are: the exchange of interests between moral norms and personal motivation; the moral problems of students; the moral problems themselves. The motivation to improve the individual’s compliance with ethics is an important way to solve this contradiction problem in moral education. The main measures are as follows: to formulate moral norms properly; to strengthen students ’moral education and to improve teachers’ moral standards.
