基于考虑中介组织的贸易匹配和动态信息模型,结合我国对外贸易趋势、市场信息壁垒降低与企业贸易效率提升等问题,探讨贸易中介商在企业和行业对外经济收益增长中所发挥的促进效应。通过将理论进行扩展,考虑政府在贸易网络中发挥的作用,进而提出政府中介的设想。通过香港案例研究发现,我国政府可以贸易中介商的身份建设覆盖面更广、贸易信息更为流通的贸易网络,为参与其中的贸易企业有偿提供贸易信息服务。政府中介在中国的发展具有合理性和必要性,对于进一步提升我国对外开放经济水平具有重要作用,应当在三个阶段分别实现政府中介促进市场网络完善的机制建设。
Based on the trade match and dynamic information model considering the intermediary organizations, this paper explores the promotion effect of trade intermediaries in the growth of foreign economic benefits of enterprises and industries, combining with the problems of China’s foreign trade trends, the reduction of market information barriers and the improvement of trade efficiency of enterprises. By expanding the theory, we consider the government’s role in the trade network, and then put forward the idea of government agency. According to the case study of Hong Kong, the government of our country can establish a trade network with a wider coverage and more trade information through trade identities of trade intermediaries, and provide trade information services paid by participating trade enterprises. The development of government intermediaries in China is reasonable and necessary. It plays an important role in further enhancing the economic level of China’s opening to the outside world and should be implemented in three stages as a mechanism for government intermediaries to improve the market network.
