前言镇海工程尿素散装仓库位于常年受台风侵袭的沿海软土地区;库内运行的轨距48米的门式耙料机,要求净高度22米和净跨度53米的建筑净空,库纵向长度114米;库内堆存尿素高达13.3米,堆存范围为44×95米,属大面积堆料的大跨度结构;本库需配合国外进口三十万吨合成氨装置,应尽量采用简便施工的结构,以加快建设进度。综合上述设计要求,我们因地因材制宜地采用了加筋石棉瓦轻屋面,跨度53米的门形混合承重结构(即钢筋混凝土Γ形柱支承三铰拱人字形钢桁架,柱间距6米及12米相间,屋面两层加筋石棉瓦复盖于钢檩条上)。
