目的研究不同浓度罗汉松醇提物调血脂及抗氧化的作用。方法通过自制高脂饲料喂养昆明雄性小鼠,构建高血脂症模型,给药4周,测定小鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT/ALT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT/AST)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,计算脏器指数、动脉硬化指数(AI),并观察肝脏病理切片。结果相比于模型对照组,95%醇提物在给药30d后,小鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、AST、ALT及肝指数均有显著性降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),并显著提高HDL-C水平(P<0.01),也能显著的提高SOD活力和降低小鼠血清中MDA的含量(P<0.01),由计算出的AI值,也能看出其在降低动脉硬化指数有显著性的效果(P<0.01)。结论不同浓度的罗汉松实醇提物有降血脂、保肝及抗氧化的作用,为罗汉松实的临床应用提供依据。
Objective To study the effects of different concentrations of Luo Han pine alcohol extract on blood lipid and anti-oxidation. Methods The hyperlipidemia model was established by self-made high-fat diet in Kunming male mice. From the calculated AI values, Reduce atherosclerosis index had a significant effect (P <0.01). Conclusion Different concentrations of Podocarpus alcohol extract have the effect of lowering blood fat, protecting liver and anti-oxidation, and provide the basis for the clinical application of Podocarpaceus.
