本研究用生物测定和电镜检验的方法,探讨香蕉簇矮病害的介体昆虫。试验结果表明:香蕉冠网蝽在病株上获毒饲育3~5天后,就能把病原传给健康植株,传毒饲育约5~7天,循回期约4~12天,潜育期约34~120天。解剖在病株上取食的介体昆虫的唾腺,可观察到典型的大量的不规则的MLO,与病株叶脉维管束韧皮部筛管细胞内看到的病原是相同的。因此,可以证明香蕉冠网蝽是香蕉簇矮病害的媒介昆虫。
In this study, bioassay and electron microscopy methods to explore the banana cluster dwarf disease mediated insects. The results showed that: After the banana crown bug was fed on the diseased plants for 3 to 5 days, the pathogen can be transmitted to healthy plants for about 5-7 days and the recycle period is about 4-12 days.
