本文针对海工混凝土所处侵蚀环境,应用聚羧酸减高性能减水剂、引气剂和大掺量矿物掺合料配制高耐久性混凝土。通过抗冻性性能、水化热和孔结构分析了聚羧酸减水剂、引气剂和大掺量矿物掺合料在提高混凝土耐久性方面的作用机理,结果表明聚羧酸减水剂、引气剂和矿物掺合料的使用改善了混凝土内部孔结构,提高了混凝土的密实度,降低了混凝土水化热,提高了混凝土的耐久性能。
In this paper, aiming at the corrosive environment of marine concrete, high durability concrete is prepared by using polycarboxylate reducing water reducer, air entraining agent and high content mineral admixture. The mechanism of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, air-entraining agent and high content of mineral admixture in improving the durability of concrete was analyzed through frost resistance, hydration heat and pore structure. The results show that polycarboxylate superplasticizer , The use of air entraining agent and mineral admixture improves the internal pore structure of concrete, improves the compactness of concrete, reduces the hydration heat of concrete and improves the durability of concrete.
