通过对固相合成NbSe2过程中特殊形貌的产生,尝试提出“微量氧诱导机制”。在混合均匀的硒粉铌粉分别占固相反应釜不同的有效体积,经过700℃,1 h反应后发现分别形成不同的特性形貌,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能量散射谱分别分析了样品中的相成分、微观形貌和元素成份;提出微量氧气在NbSe2合成过程存在诱导机制。
Through the production of NbSe2 in the solid phase synthesis of special morphology, try to propose “trace oxygen induction mechanism ”. The mixed powder of selenium powder and niobium powder respectively occupy different effective volume of the solid-phase reaction vessel. After 700 ℃ for 1 h, different morphologies were found respectively. The X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrum were used respectively to analyze The phase composition, microstructure and elemental composition in the sample were investigated. It was proposed that the induction mechanism of trace oxygen in the synthesis of NbSe2 existed.
