10吨无芯工频感应电炉是我厂熔化的主要设备,技术参数如下: 额定容量 10吨 生产率 4.6吨/小时 工作温度 1500℃ 感应器最大输入功率2700千瓦 耗水量 50米~3/小时 由于它是耗电的大功率热工设备,效率的高低对生产成本带来很大的影响,为使工频炉能安全可靠运行,尚须对工频炉感应器、水冷电缆等发热部分进行冷却,这样又须增加循环冷却系统;由于耗水量大,因而附加的动能消耗也直接影响到运转的经济性。 本文仅通过对工频炉各部传热的测量与计算分析了影响热效率提高的因素,指出了冷却系统的省能运行方法。
