“小老师”教学法是从陶行知先生所提出的“小先生”制度延伸而来的,但实质是一样的,都是将师生的地位进行转化,让课堂在“生教生”的过程中完成,以确保学生在自主的课堂中养成良好的数学学习习惯,进而为学生健全的发展作出相应的贡献。所以,为了锻炼学生的自主学习能力,也为了激发学生的课堂参与热情,更为了提高学生的数学学习能力,一线数学教师可以将“小老师”教学法与数学教学结合在一起,以促使学生在自主探究和合作讨论中真正成为数学课堂的主人。
The teaching method of “little teacher” is extended from the system of “Mr. Little” proposed by Mr. Tao Xingzhi, but the essence is the same. All of them are to transform the status of teachers and students so that the classroom can become “ Students ”in the process of completion, to ensure that students in their own classroom to develop good mathematical learning habits, thus contributing to the healthy development of students to make corresponding contributions.
