随着经济的发展,时代的进步,现在许多县城孩子往省城学校挤,而农村的孩子都争着往县城的公办学校跑。导致县城的公办学校班级人数较多,都达到八九十人左右,有的甚至达到100人。新课程改革对课堂高效教学提出了很多要求。面对大班额,特别是一些特大班额,很多教师束手无策,将很大的精力投入到组织教学中,老师们根本不敢放手,教学只能是教师讲,学生听,新的教学理念得不到体现。我校就是典型的大班额教学,期间我所教
