目的:建立化斑颗粒的质量标准。方法:对处方中夏枯草、茯苓、赤芍、白芍和菊花进行薄层色谱鉴别;对夏枯草中的迷迭香酸进行高效液相色谱法含量测定。结果:薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰,专属性强;迷迭香酸的浓度在1.656 48~26.503 68μg/m L之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.9999,平均回收率为102.18%,RSD为0.75%。结论:本制剂所定质量标准方法简便、合理、准确,可用于化斑颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of plaque. Methods: The prescription of Prunella vulgaris, Poria, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Chrysanthemum were identified by TLC. The content of rosmarinic acid in Prunella vulgaris was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The spots were clear and specific by TLC. The concentration of rosmarinic acid was between 1.656 48 and 26.503 68 μg / m L, with a good linear relationship with the peak area, R2 = 0.9999, the average recovery was 102.18% , RSD is 0.75%. Conclusion: The method of preparation quality standard method is simple, reasonable and accurate, can be used for the quality control of plaque particles.
