今年入夏以来 ,市府交通办按市交警总队的情况汇总统计 ,从 6月 2 8日至 7月 10日仅仅 13天时间内 ,上海市高架道路共发生各类交通事故 383起 ,其中车辆抛锚达 62 4起 ,比 5月份增加一倍以上 ;据估计 ,在这不到半个月时间内 ,仅高架道路上发生的交通事故与车辆抛锚 ,直接经济损失就高达数百万元以上 ,间接经济损失更是难以估计。交通部门的分析认为 ,目前上海每年的交通事故总量中 ,60 %以上的抛锚及 1/ 3的交通事故 ,就是由车主购买并使用劣质配件所造成的。记者在采访中还了解到 ,南京依维柯上海富民特约维修中心的统计数据表明 ,富民公司近两年来所承修的依维柯事故车中 ,因使用假冒伪劣配件而引发的交通事故就占了 15 %。此外 ,由于车辆在维修保养过程中 ,使用假冒伪劣配件 ,引发恶性交通事故的情况也是屡见不鲜。早在 1998年 ,就曾发生过因车主贪小便宜购买并安装河北省一家乡镇企业生产的劣质刹车片 ,而酿成车毁人亡的恶性事件 ,朱基总理对此曾作过重要批示。
