应用免疫组化ABC法对49例乳腺浸润性导管癌中UPA、UPAR、PAI-1、ER、PR、C-erb-B2作定位检测。结果:检测率分别为81.6%、77.6%、69.4%、79,4%;、77、6%、49%。UPA、UPAR、PAI—1蛋白应于乳腺癌细胞的细胞核和核膜上。ER、PR的阳性表达位于细胞核和细胞浆。C-erb-B2阳性表达位于细胞膜。尿激酶系统抗体与ER、PR、C-erb-B2无协同关系。结论:UPA、UPAR、PAI-1与乳腺癌的浸润和转移有关。
Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the localization of UPA, UPAR, PAI-1, ER, PR and C-erb-B2 in 49 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Results: The detection rates were 81.6%, 77.6%, 69.4%, 79,4%, 77, 6%, and 49%, respectively. UPA, UPAR, PAI-1 protein should be on the nucleus and nuclear membrane of breast cancer cells. The positive expression of ER and PR is located in the nucleus and cytoplasm. The positive expression of C-erb-B2 is located in the cell membrane. The urokinase system antibody had no synergistic relationship with ER, PR, and C-erb-B2. Conclusion: UPA, UPAR and PAI-1 are related to the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer.
