分析DJ_1机车8WL0-138-6YG69型单臂受电弓普遍出现上框架转轴处裂纹和转轴弯曲问题的众多原因,从可行性和经济性出发提出对受电弓进行国产化开发。新型XD-200受电弓具有结构轻巧、坚固,调整受电弓方便、精确,并有自动降弓装置保护,满足机车实际运行要求,提高了弓网运行可靠性和机车安全性。
This paper analyzes the many reasons why the unmanned single-arm pantograph 8WL0-138-6YG69 of DJ_1 locomotive has cracks and shaft bending problems on the upper frame shaft, and proposes to develop the pantograph domestically from the perspective of feasibility and economy. The new XD-200 pantograph has the advantages of light weight, strong structure, convenient and accurate adjustment of the pantograph, and automatic lowering of the bow device to meet the actual operation requirements of the locomotive, thereby improving the running reliability of the bow net and locomotive safety.
