消癖止痛散对苯甲酸雌二醇造模的大鼠乳腺增生有明显的抑制作用,对造模大鼠乳腺增生有明显的镇痛作用。此外,消癖止痛散对蛋清所致的大鼠足肿胀有明显的抗炎作用,这些作用为消癖止痛散治疗乳腺增生症提供了有效依据。
Xiaozhi Zhitong Powder significantly inhibited mammary gland hyperplasia induced by estradiol benzoate, and had obvious analgesic effect on mammary gland hyperplasia. In addition, Xiaotan Zhitong Powder has obvious anti-inflammatory effects on the rat foot swelling caused by egg white. These effects provide effective basis for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with Xiaozhi Zhitong Powder.
