随着城市轨道交通建设的增加,运用于轨道交通工程的预应力混凝土简支或连续梁结构的数量也越来越多,而目前北京市及全国均缺乏相关的城市轨道预应力梁体静载试验的验收方法和合格标准。本文以两种不同的有限元软件相结合进行桥梁结构计算分析,参考《预应力混凝土铁路桥简支梁静载弯曲试验方法及评定标准》(TB/T 2092—2003)的规定,进行分级循环加载,同时采用应力等效的方式对梁体进行静载试验。可为城市桥梁特别是城市轨道交通专用预应力混凝土连续梁的静载试验和验收计算提供简捷、可靠的技术支持。
With the increase of urban rail transit, the number of prestressed concrete simply supported or continuous beam structures used in rail transit projects is also increasing. At present, Beijing and the whole country lacks the static load test of related prestressed urban rail girders Acceptance methods and eligibility criteria. In this paper, two kinds of finite element software are combined to calculate and analyze the bridge structure. According to the provisions of “Test Method and Criteria of Static Load Bending of Simply Supported Beams of Prestressed Concrete Railway Bridge” (TB / T 2092-2003) At the same time, the beam is subjected to static load test by means of stress equivalent method. It can provide simple and reliable technical support for static load test and acceptance calculation of urban bridges, especially prestressed concrete continuous beams for urban rail transit.
