丙型肝炎首次检测方法丙肝病毒-HCV检测法于1989年正式被提出,丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)医学检测研究和实践越来越深入。该研究为了解丙肝病毒检验技术发展与研究现状,对近年来的相关研究报道进行了综述,此类病毒的检验手段主要涵盖了HCV抗原检测技术、HCV-RNA核算扩增检测技术、抗-HCV检测以及HCV核心抗原和抗-HCV检测等类。了解不同HCV检验技术研究和应用现状、进展,是加快HCV检验技术研究改良以及更好地运用HCV检验技术、改善HCV临床诊疗水平与效益的关键所在。
Hepatitis C for the first time detection method Hepatitis C virus-HCV test was formally proposed in 1989, hepatitis C virus (HCV) medical testing research and practice more and more in-depth. In order to understand the development and research status of hepatitis C virus (HCV) detection technology, this study summarized the reports of related research in recent years. The detection methods of HCV mainly include HCV antigen detection, HCV-RNA amplification detection, anti-HCV Detection and HCV core antigen and anti-HCV testing and so on. Understanding the status quo and progress of research and application of different HCV test technologies is the key to speed up the research and improvement of HCV test technologies and make better use of HCV test technologies to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of HCV.
