古穆沉静、厚重肃朗,自然中流露出枯笔的韵律,章法间显现出豁达的气度。德为艺之本,秦跃宏一直保持着他的朴实、真诚、热情的本色,在艺术创作上大胆创新,不因循守旧。秦跃宏,男,1960年出生,湖南省宁乡人。别号孺牛,湖南省美术高级研修班结业,曾任美术教师、高等学校篆刻教师,现为湖南省美术家协会会员、湖南省书法家协会会员,株洲市美术家协会理事,乐园艺术院金石书画家。师从全国著名金石书画家李立教授,作品数十次参加省、市以上以至全国展览并获奖,一百多件作品在各种报刊杂志上发表。
