加强大学生文化素质教育工作是国家培养面向21世纪的全面发展的高素质人才的需要。全面提高大学生的科学文化素质离不开课程资源的有效开发和利用。高校的软硬件资源以及校外丰富的教育资源为高校对大学生实施音乐素质教育提供了必要的课程资源,本文就开发高校音乐课程资源的重要性和如何开发校内外音乐课程资源展开探讨。
Strengthening cultural education for college students is the need of the state to cultivate highly qualified personnel for all-round development in the 21st century. Comprehensively improve the scientific and cultural quality of university students can not be separated from the effective development and utilization of curriculum resources. The hardware and software resources of colleges and universities as well as the rich educational resources outside the university provide the necessary curriculum resources for university students to implement the education of music quality. This article discusses the importance of developing the music curriculum resources of colleges and universities and how to develop the music curriculum resources inside and outside the university.
