目的分析2004—2012年广东省植物性食物中毒流行特征,为预防食物中毒提供科学依据。方法收集2004—2012年广东省各级疾控中心通过突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统报告的植物性食物中毒资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2004—2012年广东省共报告植物性食物中毒54起,中毒人数1 368例,死亡36例。中毒死亡人数占同期食物中毒死亡人数的47.4%(36/76)。9年间植物性食物中毒发病率为0.000/10万~0.539/10万。引起植物性食物中毒的植物性食物主要是菜豆,其发生起数和中毒人数分别占总起数的29.6%(16/54)和中毒总人数的36.3%(497/1 368)。植物性食物中毒全年四季均有发生,发生在第1至第4季度的分别占总起数的18.5%(10/54)、24.0%(13/54)、22.2%(12/54)和35.2%(19/54)。发生食物中毒的场所主要是集体食堂(35.2%,19/54)。结论广东省植物性食物中毒全年均可发生,中毒场所以集体食堂为主,应加强对人们的宣教,以便提高防治效果。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of plant food poisoning in Guangdong from 2004 to 2012 and provide a scientific basis for preventing food poisoning. Methods A descriptive epidemiological analysis of plant-based food poisoning data reported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at all levels of Guangdong Province from 2004 to 2012 through the Public Health Incident Management Information System was collected. Results From 2004 to 2012, a total of 54 plant food poisoning cases were reported in Guangdong Province, including 1 368 cases of poisoning and 36 cases of death. The poisoning death toll accounted for 47.4% (36/76) of the deaths from food poisoning over the same period. The incidence of vegetative food poisoning in the past nine years was 0.000 / 100,000 to 0.539 / 100,000. The plant foods causing plant food poisoning are mainly bean, with the number of occurrence and poisoning accounting for 29.6% (16/54) and 36.3% (497/1 368) of the total number of poisonings, respectively. Plant food poisoning occurred in all seasons, accounting for 18.5% (10/54), 24.0% (13/54), 22.2% (12/54) and 35.2% (19/54). Food poisoning occurred mainly in canteens (35.2%, 19/54). Conclusion The occurrence of plant food poisoning in Guangdong Province may occur all year round. The poisoning places are dominated by collective canteens. Missionary education should be strengthened in order to improve the control effect.
