数字化处理软件生成的CNC代码应用于数字化加工时,存在着刀具轨迹不一致的问题.根据进给位置和模型边界的特征,运用转角法识别原理,识别出模型的边界,以剔除掉数字化采集数据中模型边界以外的数据.该方法对采集的数据进行离线处理,可显著提高刀具轨迹的效率和数字化加工效率.实验表明,该方法效果良好,在数字化加工中有一定的推广价值
Digitized processing software generated CNC code used in digital processing, there is the problem of tool path inconsistencies. According to the characteristics of the feed position and the model boundary, the corner recognition method is used to identify the boundary of the model so as to eliminate the data beyond the boundary of the model in the digitized collected data. The method of offline processing of the collected data can significantly improve the efficiency of the tool path and digital processing efficiency. Experiments show that this method works well and has certain promotion value in digital processing
