(记者戈壁):为在职教战线兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的新高潮,推进职教改革与发展,开创职成教工作新局面,教育部职教中心研究所、中国职教学会、高等教育出版社三家主办单位于2003年8月16日在北京召开了学习“三个代表”重要思想推进职教改革与发展暨《中国职业技术教育》杂志创刊10周年座谈会。 教育部副部长王湛发表了《弘扬与时俱进精神大力推进职成教事业改革与发展》的讲话。他指出,今年7月1日,胡锦涛总书记在“三个代表”重要思想理论研讨会上发表了重要讲话。讲话站在党和国家发展全局的高度,深刻阐明了“三个代表”重要思想的马列主义本质,以及其理论意义和实践价值,深刻阐明了兴起学习“三个代表”重
(Reporter Gobi): To promote a new upsurge in the study and implementation of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ to promote the reform and development of vocational education, and to create a new situation in the vocational education and personnel work, the Institute of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education, the Vocational Education Institute of China On August 16, 2003, the three hosts of Higher Education Press held the important thought of “Three Represents” in Beijing to promote the reform and development of vocational education and the symposium on the 10th anniversary of “China Vocational and Technical Education” magazine. Wang Zhan, Vice Minister of Education, delivered a speech entitled “Carrying Forward the Spirit of Keeping Pace with the Times to Promote the Reform and Development of Vocational Education”. He pointed out that on July 1 this year, General Secretary Hu Jintao delivered an important speech at the seminar on the theory of the important thinking of the “Three Represents.” Standing at the height of the overall development of the party and state, the speech profoundly expounds the essence of Marxism-Leninism as well as its theoretical and practical values of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ It profoundly expounds the importance of starting to learn from the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’
