目的建立了测定矿泉水中溴酸盐的离子色谱检测方法。方法利用电导检测-离子色谱,IonPac@AS23色谱柱,4.2mM/L碳酸钠、0.8mM/L碳酸氢钠混合淋洗液,流速1.0ml/min,水样经0.22μm尼龙微孔滤膜过滤后直接进样。结果本次实验线性相关达99.9996%,检出限4.5μg/l,相对标准偏差均小于5%,精密度良好,样品回收率94.0-105.0%。结论本方法具有操作简单,检测快速准确,灵敏度高等特点,对样品多种离子有同时跟踪的优点,完全能够满足对矿泉水中溴酸盐的检验需求。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of bromate in mineral water by ion chromatography. Methods The conductivity detection - ion chromatography, IonPac @ AS23 column, 4.2mM / L sodium carbonate, 0.8mM / L sodium bicarbonate mixed eluent, the flow rate of 1.0ml / min, the water sample was filtered through 0.22μm nylon microporous membrane After direct injection. Results The linear correlation of this experiment reached 99.9996%, the detection limit was 4.5μg / l, the relative standard deviations were less than 5%, the precision was good, and the recovery rate was 94.0-105.0%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, rapid and accurate detection, high sensitivity and the advantages of simultaneous tracking of multiple ions in a sample and can fully meet the requirements of bromate detection in mineral water.
