目的采用顶空GC快速测定罗浮山百草油中薄荷脑和水杨酸甲酯的含量。方法将样品液直接注入2 ml水中顶空分析,顶空温度80℃,平衡时间30 min。采用30 mm×0.53 mm×0.50μm的毛细管柱,聚乙二醇为固定液,FID检测器。结果薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯和其他成分的分离度良好,加样回收率分别为99.2%、98.1%,RSD分别为0.5%、0.8%。其线性范围分别为62.40~9.98×102、1.25×102~2.00×103μg.ml-1(r>0.9990)。结论该法操作简便快速,定量准确,既减少了对待测物的干扰,又不污染色谱系统,适用于罗浮山百草油的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of menthol and methyl salicylate in the herbicide oil from Luofu Mountain by headspace GC. Methods The sample solution was directly injected into the headspace of 2 ml water, the headspace temperature was 80 ℃ and the equilibration time was 30 min. A 30 mm × 0.53 mm × 0.50 μm capillary column was used. PEG was used as fixative solution and FID detector. Results The resolution of menthol, methyl salicylate and other components were good. The recoveries were 99.2% and 98.1%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.5% and 0.8%, respectively. The linear range was 62.40 ~ 9.98 × 102,1.25 × 102 ~ 2.00 × 103μg.ml-1 (r> 0.9990). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It not only reduces the interference of the measured object but also does not pollute the chromatographic system. It is suitable for the quality control of the herbicide of Luofu Mountain.
