分析了国内外顶杆的选材、用材及热处理工艺特点,论述了顶杆用钢研制的必要性及TG2钢的合金化原则,试验了TG2钢物理、力学及工艺性能并与国内目前顶杆用材料进行了比较。研究结果表明,TG2钢有着较高的力学性能和较好的热处理工艺性能,其强度可达σ_(0.2)=1759(MPa);σ_b=2120.5(MPa),断裂韧性K_(1c)=100~152.3(kgf/mm~(3/2)),淬火硬度HRC55~60,氮化后表层硬度大于HV900,与其它材料相比TG2是理想的顶杆制造用钢。
The characteristics of material selection, material and heat treatment at home and abroad are analyzed. The necessity of development of mandrel steel and the alloying principle of TG2 steel are discussed. The physical, mechanical and technological properties of TG2 steel are tested. Materials were compared. The results show that, TG2 steel has high mechanical properties and good heat treatment process performance, the strength of which can reach σ_ (0.2) = 1759 (MPa), σ_b = 2120.5 (MPa), fracture toughness K_ (1c) 152.3 (kgf / mm ~ (3/2)), quenching hardness HRC 55 ~ 60, surface hardness after nitriding HV900, compared with other materials TG2 is the ideal manufacturing steel mandrel.
