在1.5~3.5mol/L HCl介质中,有氨羧配合剂和溴化十六烷基三甲基铵存在下,铌(V)与二溴苯基萤光酮形成稳定的多元配合物。该配合物最大吸收波长为526nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.68×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。配合物组成是Nb:EDTA(NTA):DBPF=1:1:2。铌在0~3μg/10ml范围内符合比尔定律。本法用于直接测定硅酸盐岩石中的微量铌,结果满意。
In 1.5 ~ 3.5mol / L HCl medium, niobium (V) forms stable multi-complex with dibromophenylfluorone in the presence of ammonia-carboxylating agent and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 526 nm and the molar absorptivity was 1.68 × 10 ~ 5 L · mol -1 (-1) cm -1. The complex is composed of Nb: EDTA (NTA): DBPF = 1: 1: 2. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-3 μg / 10 ml for niobium. The method was applied to the direct determination of trace niobium in silicate rocks with satisfactory results.
