白血病系造血干细胞异常疾病,利用体外培养技术来观察白血病祖细胞(L-cFu)体外生长的特点,研究诱导白血病细胞分化的药物及通过体外药物敏感试验来指导临床化疗具有重大意义。因而,在L—cFu体外培养的研究方面,国内外学者‘进行了大量研究探索工作,积累了许多资料,特别是近几年来,随着免疫学及细胞化学技术的发展,为鉴定L-cFu创造了有利条件。本文就培养方法,L—cFu的增殖分化特征及其临床应用价值作一综述。

In this paper, the culture method, the proliferation and differentiation of L-cFu and its clinical value are reviewed.
