半个世纪前,一场暴风骤雨般的土地改革运动,使得农民的“命根子”土地,从地主的垄断中回到了自己的手中。然而谁也不会想到,曾几何时,个别地方竟出现了地主子孙公然向人民政府要求返还财产等“反攻倒算”活动。1983年辽宁省建昌县二道湾子乡西簸箕村地主之子韩昌林向县信访办提出“落实政策”,要求信访办为其做主返还当年没收的大院,县法院也将大院判给韩,并数次强制执行。从此,地主之子与土改胜得果实的获得者贫农之子刘忠厚打了一场长达15年之久的“地主大院”官司。直到今年2月7日,县法院才撤销原判决,一场闹剧才得以终止。
Half a century ago, a stormy land reform movement brought the peasants’ “life-long” land back to their hands from the landlord monopoly.
