劳动部“三定”方案确定后,我来到新组建的职业技能开发司,走访了有关同志,对职业技能开发司的职责进行了了解。有关同志介绍说: 职业技能开发司是以提高劳动力素质、改善劳动力结构、促进劳动就业、发展国民经济为目标,综合管理全社会劳动力的职业技能开发工作的职能部门。主要职责有九项; 1、根据劳动事业发展的总体规划,研究制订国家职业技能开发总体规划、基本方针政策、法律法规草案,井组织实施和监督检查。

The main responsibilities are nine; 1, according to the general plan for the development of labor, study and formulate the overall plan of national vocational skills development, the basic principles and policies, draft laws and regulations, well organization and supervision and inspection.
