本文分析了《上海市城市居民与媒体使用调查》的数据,以探讨我国目前民众的意见表达状况及其影响因素。研究发现:上海市民不大对国家政治问题、民生问题表达意见;他们通过人际传播渠道表达意见的频率,远高于新媒介技术等其他渠道;网民表达意见的频率显著高于非网民,网络的使用给他们增添了意见表达的渠道;市民对于政治和民生问题严重性的评估、意见表达的意向和内在效能等因素及其年龄和教育程度等,对他们的意见表达频率产生显著影响。
This article analyzes the “Shanghai Urban Residents and Media Use Survey,” the data to explore China’s current public opinion expression and its influencing factors. The study found that: Shanghai citizens did not express any opinion on the political issues and people’s livelihood issues; they expressed their opinions through interpersonal communication channels much more than other media such as new media technologies; netizens expressed their opinions more frequently than non-users, The use of them gives them an opportunity to express their opinions. Citizens’ assessment of the seriousness of political and livelihood issues, the expression of intention and internal efficacy of their opinions, their age and educational attainment have a significant impact on the frequency of their opinions.
