On September 21, 1994, I, along with other students from the State Education Commission’s International Management Training Program for Foreign Students, boarded a flight to London, England, where I started my one-year study abroad. I studied at the University of Westminster in London, in the heart of London, and is a language base for training English speakers around the world.
