为了更好的提高和改善沥青混合料的路用性能,在沥青混合料中掺加消石灰来代替矿粉来进行级配设计和混合料试验研究。首先阐述消石灰掺加工艺、目标级配与最佳掺量,再从沥青混合料室内试验(高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性能)角度来评价掺加消石灰前后的沥青混合料的综合性能。试验表明:用消石灰代替石灰石矿粉,不但能提高沥青混合料的疲劳特性,且还能在一定的程度上改善混合料的高温、低温综合性能,因此,值得广泛推广应用。
In order to better improve and improve the road performance of asphalt mixture, mix asphalt with asphalt mixture instead of slag for grading design and mixture test research. First of all, the process of adding lime hydrate, the target gradation and the optimal dosage are described. Then the synthesis of asphalt mixture before and after the addition of hydrated lime is evaluated from the aspects of indoor test (high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue resistance) of asphalt mixture performance. The experiment shows that the use of lime instead of limestone slag not only can improve the fatigue properties of asphalt mixture, but also can improve the overall performance of mixture at high temperature and low temperature to a certain extent. Therefore, it is worthy of wide application.
