上海市从1980年开始,每年约出生17万至20万新生儿,妇幼保健任务十分繁重。近几年来,我们坚持在健全三级妇幼保健网的基础上,加强临床与保健的密切合作,开展以提高产科质量为重点的围产保健工作,使全市的孕产妇死亡率和婴儿死亡率逐步下降,1984年全市孕产妇死亡率0.18‰,婴儿死亡率14.7‰,围产儿死亡率13.1‰。现报告如下:
