通过20余年的实际工作经验,对中小型厂矿企业工业劳动卫生工作提出看法和建议。第一,中小型厂矿企业中由于工业劳动卫生工作体制不健全、立法不完善、管理不得力、专业人员得不到合理使用,造成技术力量流失,专业队伍不稳定,这是当今中小型厂矿企业工业劳动卫生工作亟待解决的问题。第二,中小型厂矿企业劳卫工作直接关系到工人的身体健康、企业的前途,故厂矿劳卫工作面广、内容复杂,它既是管理职能部门,又是业务部门,所以该项工作必须加强领导、落实组织制度管理、完善体制。第三,建立相应的工业劳动卫生质量保证体系,足做好中小型企业工业劳卫工作的基础,即应建立相应的专业机构,
