沪委发〔2014〕5号少年儿童是中国特色社会主义事业的未来建设者和接班人。加强少先队工作,促进少年儿童健康成长,是人民群众的普遍愿望,是党和政府的重要责任,也是上海改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的基础性、战略性、前瞻性工作。为深入贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神,充分发挥少先队组织在促进少年儿童健康成长中的重要作用,让每个少年儿童快乐自主全面发展,现就进一步加强少先队工作,促进少年儿童健康成长
Shanghai Development and Reform Commission [2014] No. 5 Children and Adolescents Are the Future Builders and Successors of the Cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.
