目的探讨表观扩散系数在诊断胰腺癌的价值。方法病变组25例,均经手术病理证实;对照组20例。DWI选用5个不同的扩散敏感系数b=50,100,300,500,700s/mm2,并分别测量出瘤区、非瘤区及正常胰腺的ADC值,并进行χ2检验。结果b值为50s/mm2时3组ADC值无显著性差异,当b值为100、300s/mm2时,非瘤区ADC值与正常组织的ADC值无显著性差异,而这两者与瘤区的ADC值比较均有显著性差异,当b值为500s/mm2和700s/mm2时,瘤区与非瘤区ADC值无显著性差异,而这两者与对照组的ADC值比较均有显著性差异。结论对于胰腺癌,其DWI图像有助于检出病变。
Objective To investigate the value of apparent diffusion coefficient in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods 25 cases of pathological changes were confirmed by surgery and pathology; control group of 20 cases. DWI selected five different proliferation sensitivity coefficient b = 50,100,300,500,700s / mm2, and measured the tumor area, non-tumor area and normal pancreas ADC value, and χ2 test. Results When the b value was 50s / mm2, there was no significant difference in the ADC value of the three groups. When the b value was 100 and 300s / mm2, there was no significant difference between the ADC value of the non-tumor area and the ADC value of the normal tissue. There was significant difference in ADC value between the two groups. When the b values were 500s / mm2 and 700s / mm2, there was no significant difference between the ADC values of tumor area and non-tumor area, Significant difference. Conclusions For pancreatic cancer, DWI images are helpful in detecting lesions.
