为了提高铸件油砂芯烘干质量,节约用电,根据砂芯混合物料对远红外线有较高的吸收带。我们在铸工车间窑式电阻炉内进行了用远红外线烘烤油砂芯的试验。
In order to improve the drying quality of the oil sand core, saving electricity, according to the sand core material has a higher absorption of far infrared rays. We conducted a trial of baking the oil sand cores with far-infrared rays in a kiln-type resistance furnace at a foundry.
