在临床实际治疗药物中有许多多肽类药物。但是多肽类药物由于易被酸、碱以及蛋白酶破坏、降解而失去活性,目前的给药方法多以注射为主。尽管十几年来,非注射给药途径给予肽类药物有了很大的进展,但依然存在许多不便与弊端。我们用经眼给药的方式对胰岛素经眼给药后降低正常家兔和四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型家兔血糖的作用进行了探讨。
There are many peptides in the actual clinical treatment of drugs. However, peptides are easily degraded by acids, bases and proteases and lose their activity. Currently, most of the administration methods are injection-based. Although more than a decade has been made in the non-injectable route of administration of peptide drugs, there are still many inconveniences and drawbacks. We investigated the effect of ophthalmic administration on blood glucose in rabbits and alloxan diabetic rabbits after ocular administration of insulin.
