研究了麦胚对大白鼠血清中游离脂肪酸组成及胆固醇含量的影响。结果表明，食用含麦胚饲料的大白鼠血清中亚油酸含量明显增加；肉豆蔻酸含量降低；棕榈酸2wk时含量增加，4wk时恢复到实验前水平；游离胆固醇含量与实验前及对照组相比有明显降低。说明麦胚对改善血清中游离脂肪酸组成、降低胆固醇含量有显著作用。
The effects of wheat germ on free fatty acid composition and cholesterol content in serum of rats were studied. The results showed that the content of linoleic acid in serum of rats fed with wheat germ increased obviously; the content of myristic acid decreased; the content of palmitic acid increased at 2wk and returned to the level before experiment at 4wk; Compared to a significant reduction. Wheat germ to improve the composition of free fatty acids in serum, lower cholesterol content has a significant role.
