近年来,福建省石狮市公安局大力加强信息工作不断拓宽行业场所阵地控制渠道,大力加强全市营运摩托车工规范管理,在强化营运摩托车自身安全管理和同时,充分利用其接触人员多、地段情况熟、情况信息灵的特点,积极在车工中物建工作关系,初步在该行业建立起一支覆盖面广、触角灵敏、能够有效进行情报收搜集的秘密力量 ,为侦查破案获取了大量有价值的线索。6年来,全局通过该行业特情获取案件线索191条,破获刑事案件577起,抓获各类违法犯罪嫌疑人员146名,抓获网上逃犯7名,追缴赃车25辆。公2003年上半年,通过该行业特情获取案件线索26条,破获刑事案件182起,抓获各类违法犯罪嫌疑人员41名,抓获网上逃犯4名,追缴赃车10辆。
