说到“有效教学”这个词,相信大家并不陌生,但我们还是要重申一下它的含义。这里面的“有效”二字,主要是指通过任教教师在一种先进教学理念指导下经过一段时间的教学之后,使学生获得具体的进步或发展;而这里面的“教学”二字则是指学科教师在实际的课堂教学中所引起的、维持的以及促进学生学习的所有行为和策略。它主要包括以下三个方面:一是在学习新知识之前是引发学生的学习意向、兴趣。教师通过激发学生的学习动机,使课堂教学在学生“想学”、“愿学”、“乐学”的心理基础上展开的。二是在学生学习时明确本节课的教学目标。也就是任课教师要让学生知道这节课“学什么”、“学到什么程度”。三是采用学生易于理解和接受的教学方法,让学生学起来轻松、愉悦,也就是我们常说的让学生在“乐中学”、在“玩中学”。在这里我想把我这段时间以来,在我所任教的学科
