目的建立营养性肥胖大鼠动物模型,观察不同方式处理对肥胖大鼠体重和血脂的干预效果,探索白醋泡椒液对营养性肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。方法取刚断乳的大鼠50只,随机分为5组,每组10只,分别为空白对照组、模型对照组、白醋组、白醋泡椒液组及奥利司他组。其中普通组喂以普通饲料,其他组喂以营养饲料,持续7周,造成营养性肥胖大鼠模型。观察各实验组大鼠体重,采用生化药理学方法测定各实验组大鼠血中胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白的含量。结果白醋泡椒液组对营养性肥胖大鼠治疗后,各项实验指标与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);与白醋组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),而且减肥效果更好;与奥利司他组比较无显著差异(P>0.05),而奥利司他组不良反应较多,白醋泡椒液组大鼠则食欲、大小便均正常,未发现不良反应。结论白醋泡椒液比白醋对肥胖大鼠减肥消脂作用效果更加明显,与减肥药物奥利司他的减肥效果相近,但无各种不良反应。白醋泡椒液可以作为一种有效的减肥消脂方法进行方法的推广和应用。
Objective To establish an animal model of nutritional obesity in rats and observe the effects of different treatments on the body weight and blood lipids in obese rats and to explore the weight-loss effect of white vinegar extract on nutritionally obese rats. Methods Fifty weaned rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 10 rats in each group. They were blank control group, model control group, white vinegar group, white vinegar extract group and orlistat group. The normal group fed normal feed, the other group fed with nutritional feed for 7 weeks, resulting in nutritional obesity rat model. The body weight of rats in each experimental group was observed. The levels of cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL), and low density lipoprotein were determined by biochemical pharmacology. Results Compared with the model control group, the experimental indicators of the experimental group were significantly different (P <0.05) and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) (P> 0.05), while those in orlistat group had more adverse reactions. The rats in the white vinegar extract group had normal appetite, urine and urine, and no adverse reactions were found. Conclusion White vinegar liquid is more effective than white vinegar in reducing fat and reducing fat in obese rats. It is similar to Orlistat, but has no adverse reactions.
