建立高效能的农林牧结合的生态经济系统是试点的目的。必须用系统方法既抓当前又抓长远。我们用该法总结了畜牧业现状并制定了82—85年规划(方案)。模拟结论发展奶牛最佳,根据情况适当发展些猪羊禽。81年畜牧产值13.7万元,占总产值的21.36%,予期85年36万元左右,约占总产值40%多,为此应采取统筹规划、技术攻关、系统控制等项措施。建立现代化试点的根本目的是应用现代的科学技术,依靠当地农民稳步渐进地建立一个高效能的农林牧结合的生态经济系统;通过动植物生产,即食物链的有机联系,提高物质循环和能量转化效率,为社会提供更多的商品物质,使农民的集体经济和个人收入不断提高,为我国农业现代化建立可行模式。因此,我们的试点工作是针对整个系统,应用辨证唯物主义的生态及经济观点,系统工程的方法,既着眼于当前经济生产,又着手于长远的生态建设。正是这样,我们把整个畜牧业视为试点中的一个重要生态经济亚系统,开展了海伦县保卫大队(农业现代化试点大队)农林牧结合的动物生态经济系统研究。为进一步开展工作和生产上的需要,我们试用系统工程与线性规划的方法,结合实际情况,建立数学模型,制定保卫大队畜牧业82—85年发展规划的优化方案。
Establishing a high-performance eco-economic system combining agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery is a pilot project. The fundamental purpose of establishing a modern pilot is to apply modern science and technology and to rely on local peasants to establish a high-efficient eco-economic system integrating agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and animal husbandry steadily and gradually; to enhance the material circulation and energy conversion efficiency through animal and plant production, that is, the organic links in the food chain Provide more material goods for the society, raise the peasant’s collective economy and personal income continuously, and establish a feasible mode for our country’s agricultural modernization. Therefore, our pilot work is aiming at the entire system and applying the ecological and economic viewpoints of dialectical materialism and systematic engineering methods, focusing not only on the current economic production but also on the long-term ecological construction. In this way, we regard the entire livestock husbandry as an important eco-economic sub-system in the pilot project and carry out a study on the eco-economic system of animals integrated with agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry by the Hailun County Guard Team (pilot group for agricultural modernization). To further carry out the work and production needs, we try system engineering and linear programming methods, combined with the actual situation, the establishment of mathematical models, to develop brigade animal husbandry 82-85 years of development planning optimization program.
