针对煤粉炉飞灰冲刷尾部受热面管子而引起的磨损问题提出在水平烟道内布置撞击式惯性分离器作为炉内除尘防磨方案,并基于试验研究论证了该方案的可行性。
In view of the abrasion problem caused by fly ash of pulverized coal furnace flushing the heated pipe at the tail of the furnace, an impact type inertial separator is arranged in the horizontal flue as a dust removal and antifriction plan in the furnace. The feasibility of this scheme is demonstrated based on experimental studies.
