SKD11是硬度较高的高耐磨韧性通用冷作模具钢,传统方法难以加工。电火花线切割适合加工超硬材料。以脉冲放电时间、脉冲间隙时间、峰值电流和间隙电压为试验因素,表面粗糙度和材料去除率为试验指标,利用正交法进行了试验设计,通过极差分析和方差分析对试验结果进行了研究,结果显示:脉冲放电时间和峰值电流对表面粗糙度和材料去除率影响最为明显,脉冲间隙时间和间隙电压影响较小。通过灰关联度方法分析了试验指标间的关联程度,从而获得一组最优电参数方案,将此方案进行试验验证对比发现:表面粗糙度为2.105μm,材料去除率为37.85 mm2/min,其灰关联度值为0.823 0,达到试验预期目的。

The degree of correlation between the test indexes was analyzed by the method of gray relational degree so as to obtain a set of optimal electrical parameters. The experimental verification shows that the surface roughness is 2.105 μm, the material removal rate is 37.85 mm2 / min, Gray correlation value of 0.823 0, to achieve the intended purpose of the test.
