目的了解云南国际旅行卫生保健中心出境劳务人员传染病的感染情况,为口岸传染病预防和监测提供科学依据。方法对云南国际旅行卫生保健中心2007年出境劳务人员传染病检测资斜进行整理和分析。结果在1525名出境劳务人员中检出乙肝、丙肝、梅毒及相关指标异常131例,总检出率8.59%,其中HBsAg检出率6.69%,HCV检出率0.98%,梅毒检出率为0.92%。男性明显高于女性,人群分布以工人感染较高,30~49岁年龄组占半数以上。结论通过了解传染病的感染现状,必须加强出境劳务人员传染病的监测工作,合理规范劳务输出和制定有效防治措施。
Objective To understand the infectious status of outbound workers in Yunnan International Travel Health Care Center and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and monitoring of port infectious diseases. Methods Yunnan International Travel Health Care Center in 2007 outbound workers infectious diseases detection bias were collated and analyzed. Results A total of 131 outpatients with hepatitis B, hepatitis C, syphilis and related abnormalities were detected among 1525 expatriate labors. The total detection rate was 8.59%. The detection rate of HBsAg was 6.69%, the detection rate of HCV was 0.98% and the detection rate of syphilis was 0.92 %. Males were significantly higher than females, and the distribution of the population was higher among workers, accounting for more than half of those aged 30-49 years. Conclusion By understanding the status quo of infectious diseases, we must strengthen the monitoring of infectious diseases of outbound workers, reasonably regulate the export of labor services and formulate effective prevention and control measures.
