为了满足超薄板环缝焊接的需要,研制开发了一种新型的以单片计算机为核心的环缝焊机控制系统.该控制系统具有下列特点:(1)在焊接逻辑顺序控制中,各手动操作之间采取了排它性设计,手动与自动操作之间采取了兼容性设计,消除了手动操作之间、手动与自动操作之间的相互影响及其造成的系统误动作,从而充分保证了控制系统的工作可靠。(2)采用了新型的接触引弧技术。这种引弧法不仅没有对电子线路干扰危害极大的高频高压引弧脉冲,而且引弧可靠,钨棒污染极小。(3)利用数理统计法进行弧长控制。使控制系统不仅有极佳控制性能,而且结构简单,抗干扰能力强。
