幼臭鼬致狂犬病临床少见,1990年11月我县发生被幼臭鼬(黄鼠狼)咬伤致狂犬病死亡一例,现报告如下。 患者男,38岁。因捕捉幼臭鼬时,右手腕内侧被咬伤外,伤口约0.3cm~2大小,未经冲洗和消毒。26天后,受伤部位有轻微的向心性阵痛感,继而出现口渴,饮水时不能吞咽,疑诊为狂犬病住院观察。入院2天后,相继出现怕风、怕水、流涎、狂燥等典型的狂犬病临床症状,4天后死亡。 讨论 由于患者被幼臭鼬咬伤所在地的人群居住稠密,养犬、养猫的农户较多,狂犬伤人、伤畜时有发生。近几年,该地曾先后发生过健康家犬及家猫伤人致
