我们不能用本质论证的方式 ,简单地来论证我国坚持集体主义道德原则的必然性和合理性 ,集体主义精神的培养在当前道德建设中具有十分重要的意义。我们应从生产关系的层面 ,来理解公有制的“有” ,以真正确保劳动者的主体地位和权益。首先 ,应拓宽思路 ,即公有制并不是产生集体主义精神的唯一来源 ,从而正确看待市场经济对当前道德建设的积极影响 ;其次 ,在实践中应重视营造集体主义精神的机制的建设 ,从所有权的改革、管理层面上及通过塑造以人为本的单位文化等方面 ,来培养员工的集体主义精神。
We can not simply demonstrate the inevitability and rationality of our adherence to the principle of collectivism by using the method of essential argument. The cultivation of the spirit of collectivism is of great significance in the current moral construction. We should understand the “existence” of the public ownership from the aspect of the relations of production in order to truly ensure that the laborer’s dominant position and rights and interests. First of all, we should broaden our thinking that public ownership is not the only source of collectivism, so that we can correctly view the positive influence of market economy on the current moral construction. Second, in practice, we should attach importance to the construction of a mechanism to create a collectivist spirit, Reform, management and through the creation of a people-oriented culture of the unit to train the staff’s collectivism.
